NEW ITEMS: The front of the table is more robust and stronger, made of 3 mm thick stainless steel. Newly designed, counterbalanced hinged lid with an ergonomic handle, making it easier to open, and a new hinge allowing the lid to be kept open in any position. Increased energy efficiency: efficient energy use and savings. Cold and hot water inlet solenoid valves controlled from a single switch with control on the front. The 900 PLUS machines are manufactured in accordance with requirements and comply to the IPX5 standard. The 900 PLUS gas appliances require an electrical connection: 230 V- 1+N+E.

Bottom of the well in stainless steel AISI-316-L. Double jacket pan (bain-marie system). Filling tap and control tap for the level of the bain-marie. Level indicator. Over-pressure safety valve and manometer. Safety device for the bain-marie extinguishes the burner in the event of low water level. Counterweighted folding lid.
